I’m Alex Lillo, a frontend developer and designer living and working between St Albans and London, UK.

I started creating websites back in 2003. Later on I decided to take care of the bigger picture and started a career in UX, and now I’m back building things.

Nordic design is the blog I started in 2004 (yes I’m bloody ancient!) where I used to write about whatever it came to mind (oh the 2000s…), then design, then coding, then nothing :D

Tech Stack

Built with Astro using the Astro Paper theme. The theme is written in vanilla JavaScript (+ TypeScript for type checking) and a little bit of ReactJS for some interactions. TailwindCSS is used for styling; and Markdown is used for blog contents.
